Overview

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects COVID-19 had on survivors' thinking ability, physical function, mood and daily living skills.

Description

Participants will complete a one-on-one appointment with research staff in the hospital/clinic, by phone or by video chat. The appointment will include thinking and memory activities as well as questionnaires about mood, memory, health, medications, and daily activities.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    COVID-19
  • Age: Between 18 Years - 100 Years
  • Gender: All

Individuals at least 18 years of age who had a positive COVID-19 lab test or positive antibody test and were hospitalized with COVID-19.
