Volunteers Needed for GI Survey!

Overview
Researchers at Indiana University School of Medicine are inviting volunteers to take part in a study looking at the impact of gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms on overall health and on health care among different groups within the country.
Study participation involves taking a one-time online survey and participants will be entered into a gift card drawing.
Description
Who is eligible to participate?
- Ages 18 and older
- Must be currently residing in the United States
What is involved if I participate?
- Complete one survey involving a series of brief online questionnaires (approx. 30-45 minutes).
- The questionnaires can be completed at your convenience and all responses will be completely anonymous.
Will I be compensated for participating?
- Upon completion of the study, you will automatically be entered in a drawing to win one of ten $100 Amazon gift certificates.
