Brief description of study
Testing of provided samples on the GeneXpert instrument with the Xpert C. difficile/epi kit. Research staff operator will record serial number, software, lot numbers, sample number, control number, operator initials and the results of the test.

Inclusion Criteria
The samples are from subjects/patients that with signs and symptoms of C. difficile infection.
