Brief description of study
As IU Health begins to shift from the use of pagers to an app-based system (Diagnotes), we aim to study this transition and its effects on a number of quality of care measures including team workflow, communication, provider satisfaction, and patient health outcomes.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Inclusion Criteria
There will only be inclusion criteria for the direct observations of the 20 nurses. To be eligible for direct observations, the nurses should have been employed at IU Health for the previous 12 months.
