Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to compile information on these subjects to identify the ideal surgical candidate for VNS (Vagus Nerve Stimulation).
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: Epilepsy

Age: - 17 Years

Gender: All
Inclusion Criteria
Undergoing VNS for treatment of medically intractable epilepsy
Those who have a previous unsuccessful resective epilepsy surgery, and a clinical decision has been made to undergo VNS as a subsequent treatment, will also be included
Those who have had multilobar disease, as these patients require multilobar surgical resection or hemispherectomy
