Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to explore the needs of parents in the Riley Fetal Center and Methodist or Riley NICU and understand how these needs can better be met.

Detailed description of study

Participants will take part in two phone interviews (before their baby is born and 1-2 weeks after their baby is born).
Interviews will be audio recorded and may last up to 1 hour.
The interviews will have questions about the participant, their family, and their experiences with the Fetal Center/NICU and the healthcare team.
Participants will receive a $25 gift card for each interview.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Parents, Riley, Fetal Care
  • Age: Between 18 Years - 100 Years
  • Gender: All

Individuals of at least 18 years of age who have had a prenatal care conference at the Riley Fetal Center or whose newborn infant has been admitted to the NICU at Riley or Methodist Hospital
