AVATAR anesthesia alternative in pediatric radiotherapy: A Multi-Center Pilot

Overview

The purpose of this study is to reduce the use of anesthesia during radiation treatments for children.

Description

Children will watch streaming video segments (of their choosing) during daily radiation therapy. They will also complete the PedsQL 3.0 Cancer Module to assess quality of life.

 

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: pediatric, radiotherapy
  • Age: Between 3 Years - 10 Years
  • Gender: Male or Female

Individuals between 3 and 10 years of age receiving radiotherapy.
