Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to maintain a database of patients at the Headache Clinic at the Indiana University Health Neuroscience Center.
Detailed description of study
Participants will receive standard of care treatment but will also be asked to provide information about their condition in spoken and written form, as well as complete questionnaires related to their condition. Researchers will access participant medical records to add information to the database.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: headache

Age: Between 18 Years - 100 Years

Gender: All
Inclusion criteria:
Individuals at least 18 years of age referred to the tertiary headache center.
Exclusion criteria:
Individuals with transient ischemic attack (TIA), stroke, or epilepsy will not be eligible.
