Brief description of study
The purpose of this research is to collect “real-world” information on the use of the Penumbra SMART COIL System, including the WAVE Extra Soft Coils, in connection with a standard of care procedure.
Detailed description of study
Participants will undergo their surgery following standard of care. Researchers will review participant medical records and may be present during surgery.
Researchers will examine participants and their medical record prior to discharge, as well as during a one-year follow-up visit. Participants will also be asked about any changes in health and medication during follow-up.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: aneurysm

Age: 18 years - 100 years

Gender: All
Individuals at least 18 years of age who will be having a procedure to treat a brain aneurysm.
