Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to understand what patients think about telemedicine.
Detailed description of study
Participants will complete a one-time 10 minute survey, and researchers will collect information from participants' medical record.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: Coronavirus, Telehealth

Age: 18 years - 100 years

Gender: All
Individuals at least 18 years of age who have visited the IU Vascular Surgery Clinic between 9/1/2019 and 12/31/2019.
