Brief description of study

The purpose of this registry is to periodically ask participants questions related to their and their family’s wellbeing as well as notify participants of other COVID-19 related research studies taking place at Indiana University and its partnering institutions.

Detailed description of study

Participants will provide information related to demographics, type of employment, and health information related to COVID-19.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: COVID-19
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: All

Individuals who have had a clinical test for COVID-19.
