Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of group-based peer support on provider mental health and well-being including emotional responses and clinical symptoms of acute distress, anxiety and depression, and provider burnout.
Detailed description of study
Participants will take part in 8 peer support group sessions via IU Zoom Health as well as collaborate on a group art project. Participants will be asked to complete surveys prior to and following each session, and at 3 and 6 months after the last session. Participants will receive a high-quality poster of the group art created.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: COVID-19, Health care workers

Age: 18 years - 100 years

Gender: All
Individuals at least 18 years of age who are front line healthcare providers who have been or are actively treating COVID+ patients in an acute care setting.
