Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to examine muscular activity of the leg and right lower legs while encountering a perturbation during treadmill walking.
Detailed description of study
The purpose of this study is to explore neural mechanisms at the spinal level during human gait, especially in recovery from perturbation.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: healthy

Age: 18 years - 100 years

Gender: All
Inclusion Criteria
Must be able to walk independently and at a minimum of 2 mph
Exclusion Criteria
Have a history of neurological disorder
Have a history of chronic disease
Have a history of movement disorder
This study takes place in Bloomington, IN.
Participants will not be paid for their participation.
