JOIN THE INFANT VEGETABLE STUDY!

Researchers at Purdue University are looking for parents and their infants and toddlers (9 months - 24 months of age) to take part in an exciting virtual research study to learn more about how infants and toddlers respond to tasting vegetables.

There will be compensation for participating in the study and all study procedures will take place virtually (via Zoom).

NO IN-PERSON VISITS ARE REQUIRED.

  • During the two weeks between visits, caregivers will be provided with 12 samples of the beets and asked to offer their child the vegetable as much or as little as they would like and record when they do so.
**All study supplies and equipment will be provided to families via contact-less drop-off by the study team.

Will I Be Compensated for Participating?

  • Participants will receive a total of $80 in gift cards for compensation for participating in both virtual lab visits ($35 for visit 1 and $45 for visit 2).
How Can I Participate?
**If you are interested in participating in this research study with your infant/toddler, please contact Ellie Kielb, project coordinator, at email ekielb@purdue.edu or phone: (734) 730-2927
