Brief description of study
Detailed description of study
- Take an electronic survey and dietary assessment in the near future and another survey again in 13-14 months
- Take free nutrition education lessons either in the first month of the study or one year later.
- For the dietary assessment, you would be asked about all of the foods you ate in the past 24 hours, which takes about 30 minutes, and you would do this for two days at the beginning and end of the study.
- The study also requires that your child participate in taking the 2 dietary assessments at each time point.
- All participants will be contacted at least once per month via communication of their choice either by email, phone, or text until they complete the final survey.
- In total, you and your child will receive up to $180 in the form of gift cards for completing the study surveys and dietary assessments.
