Brief description of study

We are conducting a study on adults and children with cancer diagnoses to complete a survey about describing cancer survivorship.  This biennial survey study is a part of ongoing efforts Indiana University Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center (IUSCCC) and the Office of Community (COE) to better understand our cancer center’s catchment area, which is the entire state of Indiana.

THIS STUDY IS ENROLLING BY INVITATION ONLY - Recruitment of potential participants will occur through the IU Health and Indiana State Cancer Registries. Mailers will be sent directly to selected cancer survivors about participating in the study.
