            Brief description of study
This study aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms associated with implant complications.
 Detailed description of study
Participants who are having surgery for the removal of breast implants will be asked to provide informed consent to be part of this study. Researchers will collect a blood sample during pre-operative surgical preparations. After the surgery, researchers will collect discarded samples (breast implant, associated capsule and breast tissue, bone, adipose, muscle). The subject's medical records will be reviewed for demographics, medical history, and surgical history.

 -
                            Gender: All
