Brief description of study

The tissues/specimens will be evaluated for the identification of novel biomarkers, novel DNA/RNA alterations, as well as other disease-specific cellular alterations as one of the early steps to identify potential therapeutic and diagnostic targets. If novel targets are identified, more in depth studies under this protocol may be performed to determine the potential clinical impact of these cellular alterations.

Detailed description of study

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: all
  • Age: 18 years - 100 years
  • Gender: All

This study investigates the use of biomarkers to help diagnose and manage patients in a personalized way. Biomarkers are substances in the body that can indicate a disease. This study looks at changes in DNA and RNA, which are molecules that carry genetic information, to find new ways to identify diseases early.

Participants will provide tissue or specimen samples. These samples will be analyzed to find changes specific to certain diseases. If new targets are found, further studies may be done to understand their impact on patient care.

  • Who can participate: This study is enrolling by invitation only. Participants must meet specific age criteria and eligibility factors, which will be provided upon invitation.
  • Study details: Participants will be asked to provide tissue or specimen samples for analysis. They may also be required to undergo additional tests or procedures as part of the study. The study aims to identify changes in DNA and RNA that could lead to investigational diagnostic methods.
