Brief description of study
1. To assess the feasibility and utility of a remote monitoring platform for rural ILD patients.
2. To assess adherence and attitudes of rural patients to home spirometry requiring a web application.
3. To determine time spent reviewing the data portal by the medical team.
Detailed description of study
Baseline home spirometry measurements will be considered those obtained during the day 0 and day 7 of the study period. Participants will be asked to perform home spirometry that will be compared to the clinic-performed spirometry for internal validity and reproducibility. Spirometry readings outside 1 and 99% of the aggregated group data will be excluded as outlier and considered substandard blows.
