Brief description of study
We will obtain and measure exhaled VOCS in subjects
with CF. We hypothesize that exhaled VOCs will differ between baseline and PEx in subjects with CF.
Detailed description of study
1.1.1 To
compare exhaled VOCs between subjects with CF experiencing PEx and subjects with CF at baseline.
1.1.2 To
collect and analyze exhaled VOCs from subjects with CF longitudinally during
different states of pulmonary health, including throughout the course of PEx.
1.2
Secondary
Objective
1.2.1 To
establish normative ranges of exhaled VOCs in subjects with CF.
1.2.2 To
establish within-subject variability in exhaled VOCs in subjects with CF.
