Brief description of study

To define the prevalence of fracture among children with T1D and T2D and compare the prevalence among the two groups of diabetes.

Detailed description of study

a) To evaluate the bone health in children with T2D (assess bone mineral density, bone microarchitecture and bone turnover markers) and to compare those parameters to data from sex, age, and gender-matched healthy children.
