Brief description of study
The purpose of the HF2 Registry is to collect relevant patient-level demographic, clinical, laboratory, and hemodynamic data from CardioMEMS© patients at participating centers to advance scientific knowledge about pulmonary hemodynamics and HF therapies
Detailed description of study
ur primary interest is in further understanding the utility of the CardioMEMS© device in heart failure patients. It is our intent to create a Registry of CardioMEMS© patients to facilitate future heart failure research. The purpose of the Registry is two-fold to collect data from multiple sites to perform retrospective research studies on the existing data set, as well as to collect prospective data to recruit for future research studies. Individual participating sites/Cardiologists will collect and monitor their own data and will enter de-identified data into the shared Registry.
