Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to assess feasibility (i.e., acceptability and satisfaction) of the newly developed dual-component cognitive intervention in order to improve cognitive function among patients with heart failure (HF) who have mild cognitive impairment (MCI). This study will assess the acceptability of the newly developed intervention through assessing appropriateness of the intervention, perceived risks and benefits, and intent to continue to use the intervention. Also, this study will assess participants' satisfaction with this new combined intervention.

Detailed description of study

Researchers will ask participants to sign an informed consent form and provide brief demographic and clinical information. A study team member will explain about Vita and Com intervention. The team member will present both Vita intervention using virtual reality goggles and Com intervention using a laptop computer. Participants will be asked if they would like to try out the Vita and Com. Researchers will then interview the participants to get feedback on the new intervention.
