Brief description of study
Investigate the various barriers that affect adherence to the Ponseti method for clubfoot treatment in the state of Indiana
To assess the impact of these barriers on the rate of missed or discontinued clinic visits within the first three months of treatment

Detailed description of study
This study will
be a prospective cohort study with a survey component. This study design
involves recruiting patients who are in the first 3 months of treatment for
clubfoot at the clinic, administering a questionnaire to assess potential
barriers to treatment adherence, and then following up with the patients and
reviewing their records to track their treatment adherence and clinical visits
over the first 3 months of treatment.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: clubfoot

Age: - 100 Years

Gender: All
Inclusion Criteria:
- · Patients who are in the first 3 months of treatment for clubfoot using the Ponseti method and who will agree to participate in the study and provide verbal informed consent will be included in the cohort study.
Exclusion Criteria:

Patients who were initially treated by
another institution
·
Patients who received any previous
clubfoot treatment
·
Patients from other states
·
Patient with medical conditions that
interfere with continuing the treatment
