Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to utilize the WoundQ survey, widely used among wound care clinics to understand the impact that chronic wounds have on your life. There are a total of 9 sections throughout the survey that gauge the following: the concern the participant experiences related to their chronic wound, the specific characteristics such as odor, drainage, and other descriptions that are of concern, the emotional and social outcomes that occur as a result of having a chronic wound, as well as their experience with care they’ve received and overall treatment. Overall, the goal of this study is to better understand the impact that chronic wounds have on our patient population.
