The effect of cell phone usage on cervical spinal alignment

Brief description of study
What is the purpose of this study?
Review the alignment parameters of previously obtained cervical x-rays and compare with daily cell phone usage reports from patients based upon recorded time on their phone as well as survey questions from the patients.
Detailed description of study
What will happen during the study?
- Participants will answer a few survey questions and upload screen shots from their phone showing cell phone usage.
- Detailed instructions for uploading cell phone screen time usage is included in the survey along with examples illustrating the process.
- Participants will be asked to upload one time since multiple screenshots can be uploaded per survey.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: Cervical spinal alignment abnormality

Age: 18 years - 100 years

Gender: All
Inclusion criteria
- Age over 18 years.
- Cervical spine x-ray obtained by patient visiting the NUS department.
Exclusion criteria
- Patient without cell phone that records time usage.
- X-ray obtained in a collar.
- Cervical fracture within the last 3 months.
