Brief description of study

What is the purpose of this study?

Review the alignment parameters of previously obtained cervical x-rays and compare with daily cell phone usage reports from patients based upon recorded time on their phone as well as survey questions from the patients.

THIS STUDY IS ENROLLING BY INVITATION ONLY -  A retrospective review of x-rays of patients that have come to the Neurosurgery (NUS) clinic and to measure accepted cervical spinal alignment parameters will be used to identify potential participants. The patients identified as having cervical spinal alignment outside the accepted parameters will be contacted to provide the daily usage of their phone based upon data stored on their device. These patients will be contacted by phone by study personnel who would explain the study and ask if they would like to participate.
