Nursing Matters: Supporting Nurses Through Rest and Resilience
Peggy Stockdale
Primary Investigator
Brief description of study
CALLING ALL NURSES! Take 15 minutes to share your thoughts and help strengthen nursing practice.
We’re studying how sleep affects nurses’ performance, stress, and overall well-being. This research looks at how sleep patterns may influence the ability to provide safe, high-quality patient care.
We’re inviting nurses and nursing students (undergraduate, masters, and doctoral level students) who have experience working in bedside nursing (e.g., direct patient contact) to take part.
Share your experience and add your voice to research that supports nurses. Your input will help us better understand the realities of nursing and improve support for those working in healthcare.
Detailed description of study
You’ll be asked to complete a one-time online survey (15–25 minutes) about your experiences at the bedside, including topics such as workplace respect, empathy, and job satisfaction.
We truly appreciate your time and thoughtful responses. The first 100 participants who complete the survey will be guaranteed $5 via Amazon in compensation. After the first 100 participants, all other participants who complete the survey will have the opportunity to participate in a compensation drawing, also via Amazon credits. After completing the survey, you will be asked whether you would like to be considered for these compensation opportunities. If you choose “yes,” you will be redirected to a separate form to provide your email address. This information will be collected separately from your survey responses to maintain confidentiality.
