Brief description of study

This study is being done to find out why some women taking birth control pills develop rare liver tumors called hepatic adenomas.

Detailed description of study

The aim of this proposal is to collect biological samples and selected phenotype data from patients taking oral contraceptives who did or did not develop hepatic adenomas. We would like to collect blood and genomic DNA from each subject along with select

  • Conditions: Liver Cancer
  • Age: 100 years or below
  • Gender: Female
