Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to investigate if the PAP technique effects the lower body power output by having subjects perform a 2-second MVC of the leg extension exercise and shortly after perform a countermovement and squat jump test.

The purpose of this study is to investigate if the PAP technique effects the lower body power output by having subjects perform a 2-second MVC of the leg extension exercise and shortly after perform a countermovement and squat jump test.
