- All patients seen at Methodist Hospital are potentially eligible
The purpose of this study is to investigate the development of a biorepository at Methodist Hospital to store biological specimens. A biorepository is a place where biological samples, like tissues and fluids, are kept for research. This study aims to gather and store various biological samples from patients to help researchers understand different diseases better.
In this study, biological fluids such as blood, urine, and saliva, as well as samples like hair and nails, may be collected. These samples are collected with the patient's consent for research purposes. Patients may also be asked for permission to be contacted in the future for more information or to provide additional samples.
