Overview

Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) is a chronic liver disease that lacks treatment options short of liver transplantation. This is secondary to rarity of the disease and poor understanding of the disease pathogenesis. We are participating in a multi-center study collecting PSC patients clinical and biological information along with genetic analysis in hope to discover potential gene candidates implicated in PSC.
